J&K Bank football team and JKPDC-XI have qualified for the semifinal of the ongoing15th Police Memorial Football Tournament by winning their quarterfinals played at Synthetic Turf, TRC ground Srinagar on Wednesday.
In the first quarterfinal JKPDC-XI defeated DFA Jammu by 3-1 goals. For JKPDC, Immad Ud Din scored first and second goals respectively while as Choudhary Monis scored third goal. For Jammu, Unbit Mehta scored goal.
Yasir Tariq of JKPDC-XI was adjudged as man of the match and received cash reward of Rs: 5000.
In the second quarterfinal of the day, J&K Bank XI defeated AG’s-XI by 4-0 goals. From J&K Bank XI, Danish Farooq scored two goals while as Sahid and Uneeb scored one each.
Danish Farooq of J&K Bank-XI was adjudged as man of the match and received cash reward of Rs: 5000.
