Continuing his superb form Jatin Wadhwan slammed another ton for J&K in the of match Under-23 CK Nayudu trophy against Tripura at Agartalla on Friday.
After bundling out hosts Tripura 335, J&K were 155 for the loss of two wickets with Jatin going strong on 104.
Fresh from his earlier huge ton of 175 runs against Rajasthan, Wadhwan made it sure that J&K gives it a fight and gets close to Tripura score as much as possible. It was blazing ton that came off only109 balls. His inning involved 7 sixes and boundaries. At crease he is joined by Shubham Singh Pundir.
Earlier pacer Mohammad Tahir took three wickets including prize scalp of centurion SA Gan as hosts Tripura got all out for 335 runs in their first inning in the match of the U-23 CK Nayudu Trophy tournament at Agartalla on Friday.
Gan got out after scoring 104 while as DK Singh scored 60. For J&K apart from Tahir Sunil Kumar and Paras Sharma took three wickets each. Auqib Nabi took one.
J&K had reduced 179 for seven . Then Gan and Singh formed 123 run partnership and took Tripura score past 300 run mark. Paras Sharma broke the long stand and then it did not took long for JK to wrap up inning.
