Srinagar, Aug 11: It looks like that that almost every cricket fan in Pakistan is disappointed with the way Pakistan lost to England in first Test match of the series at Old Trafford Manchester.
Not only fans Former Pakistan cricketers have been severe in criticism of the team and it’s leadership for letting England run away with the win from winning position.
Now former Pakistan captain Wasim Akram has said that it is time for team management to include left-hander Fawad Alam in the middle-order in the second Test at Rose Bowl against England.
Akram said this during an interview with Pakistan local channel.
“In the next match, you will not find a turning wicket. You will play with one spinner and you will have to play with an extra batsman,” Wasim Akram was quoted as saying.
“If I was the captain, I would include Fawad Alam in the middle order,” he added.
Pakistan lost to England by three wickets in the first Test at Old Trafford.
