In the final of the Invitation T20 cricket tournament-2017 Organized by Sheikh ul Aalam Sports Development Association, Budgam, Sheikh-Ul-Alam Sheikhpora Cricket Club defeated Sunshine Narkara at Sheikhpora playing field Budgam on Sunday.
Youth Secretary Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Arif Laigroo and District Youth President PDP Majid Aijaz Khan were guests on the occasion and distributed prizes among the winners.
Batting first, Sunshine Narkara scored 155 runs for the loss of nine wickets in allotted 20 overs. In reply Sheikh Ul Alam Sheikhpora Cricket Club achieved the target in 19.3 overs for the loss of four wickets. Suhail Paul for his inning of 51 runs from 35 balls was adjudged man of the match. Musa Khan bagged man of the series for his 140 runs and 10 wickets in the tournament.
