Kashmir FC suffered home defeat against the Fateh Hyderabad AFC in the match 2nd division I-League at TRC Ground Srinagar on Tuesday.
In the match visiting side, Hyderabad defeated hosts Kashmir FC by 1-0 goal. The all important goal was scored by Luis Santos in the first half for visitors.
Kashmir FC got number of close chances to equalize but they failed to find the back of the net. It was after one year gap an I-League match was played in Kashmir. For the match tight security was put in place and the event went off without any incident.
Kashmir FC will be hosting all its home matches in Srinagar. For their next match they will travel to Delhi for its match against Delhi United that is scheduled on April 30.
