Fort View football sports club has qualified for the Super Division league for the next season after winning its semifinal of A-division League.
By winning the semifinal, Fort View FC have got automatic promotion into next season’s Super-Division league. Top two teams of the league get promotion into next top level league according to the present rules of J&K football Association.
Club manager Muzzafer Ahmad Mir and chief coach Farooq Ahmad Khan have congratulated team for the brilliant performance.
“It is really great to see these players giving out their best without any much of financial backing. This club started functioning in year 2012 and started playing in B-division league,” Muzaffer said.
In 2013, club qualified for the A-Division league after emerging winner in B-Division. Within five years of forming it has now made its way into second top league of State.
“Coach Sajad Khan who has worked hard on players and his whole team deserve applause. The aim is to make this team perform now in next year’s Super division and aim for Premier Division,” coach Farooq said.
