Narbal: The last wicket breathtaking stand between Faizan and Imran took YCC Kanihama to an amazing one wicket win over Dharmuna Xi in the match of the JKPL-Budgam leg cricket tournament conducted by JKCA Green Park Sozeth on Monday.
Batting first Dharmuna put 189 runs on board in allotted 40 overs. Sajad scored 65 runs and Towseef 33 for Dharmuna XI. Imram and Faizan took 2 & 3 wickets respectively for YCC.
While chasing YCC collapsed to 127/9. Faizan was on crease and he was joined in the middle by Imraj. They played sensibly forming 62 run partnership for last wicket. YCC won by one wicket.
Khalid scored 65 runs for them while as Faizan scored 27 runs and Imran 22. They chased the target of 189 in 36 overs. Faizan for his 27 runs and two wickets was declared Man of the Match.
