The brilliant batting show by Usaid and all-round performance by Saleem winded up crushing 40 run win for Elite Cricket Club Soura against Rajouri Kadal Heroes in the match of Gani Kashmiri Super League on Thursday.
Batting first Elite Soura amassed total of 174 runs for the loss of only two wickets in 20 overs. Usaid scored brilliant 68 runs while as Hamid scored 50 and Saleem 30. Irshad and Mudasir took one wicket each for Rajouri Kadal.
In reply Rajouri Kadal Heroes were going strong but the collapse after the fall of wicket saw them bundling out for 134 runs in 16 overs. Irshad scored 30 that included four sixes in one over while as Aijaz Guru scored 22. Saleem took three wickets while as Irfan Nabi took two. Samiullah Beigh was guest at the presentation ceremony and he handed over man of the match award to joint winners Usaid and Saleem.
