Adil Teli emerged winner in senior category of the Cycling against say no to drugs race held at Narbal on Sunday.
Waheed Ahmad finished second while as Akbar Khan bagged third place. In junior category Tawheed Ahmad bagged first and Mashooq Ahmad bagged second. Aqib Ahmad bagged third place .The race was sponsored by Ajaz Bashir.
He was also chief guest on the occasion and distributed prizes among winners.
“Drug addiction is a problem that has been increasing immensely in our society today. Drug addictions can only hinder or restrain us from accomplishing goals or dreams in life. Addiction can trap anyone.And I personally think sports is one such alternative which can keep our youth away from this menace . Inshallah more such bigger events will be organised in the future said Ajaz Bashir who is an employee of J&K Bank.
Gulzar Khan of Sheikh ul Aalam Sports Development Association was guest of honor and he also distributed prizes.
