Coaching camps of cricket and football started at Islamia College for the selected students on Wednesday.
The camps were inaugurated by Principal of the college Prof. Muzafar Ahmed Khan. In his inaugural address the Principal stressed upon the participants to take full advantage of the unique sports facilities available in the college.
During early morning training sessions which will start at 8:00 am daily, the stress will be given on physical fitness and skill development. Around 50 students are participating in 15-day duration coaching camps which have been organised by the Department of Physical Education of the college.
