Cluster University cruised to the title win of the Inter State University championship cricket event, defeating Kashmir University in final. In the final played at Jammu, Cluster University defeated Kashmir University by 25 runs.
Batting first Cluster University scored 64 runs in a 10 over match per inning. In reply Kashmir University scored 39 runs. In the semifinal Cluster University had defeated Jammu University while as in quarterfinal defeated IUST.
