Bandipora, June 23: A splendid spell of bowling by Aseer Ali on Sunday helped FCC Bandipora defeat Lawaipora Cricket Club by 60 runs in the ongoing Chiternaar Cricket league.
FCC while batting first scored mammoth 207 runs in the allotted 18 overs. In reply, Lawaipora struggled right from the beginning.
They kept losing wickets on regular intervals, ending up scoring meagre 147 runs. For FCC, it was Aseer who shone with the ball.
The pacer scalped a five-wicket-haul by giving away only 13 runs in his quota of 4 overs. He was later. adjudged man of the match
