Sopore, November 16: An unplayable spell by left-arm pacer, Yasir, on Tuesday led Victoria Baramulla to an easy win over Ashraff Sopore in the ongoing Champions Cup 2021, here.

Batting first, Ashraff could only make 113 runs, thanks to the disciplined bowling attack of Baramulla. Yasir finished with figures of 3.4-0-11-4 while Bariz and Junaid also picked a couple of wickets each.

On the other hand, Shafqat Rashid was the only batter to resist. He made gutsy 55 runs as no other batter supported him from the other end.

In reply, Victoria Baramulla found themselves in no trouble whatsoever to chase this below-par total down.

Basit Dar played a top knock of 64 runs while Tajamul also made 26.

Yasir, for his impressive bowing, was named player of the match.
