Champions Cup: Basit Pandith stars as Zaingeer Reds trounces Bradman Sopore

Sopore, November 19: Basit Pandith starred with the bat as Zaingeer Reds trounced Bradman Sopore by 40 runs in the ongoing Champions Cup, here on Friday.

Batting first, Zaingeer Reds posted a huge total of 184 runs on board in the allotted 20 overs. Basit topped the batting table with 39-ball 69 runs. For bowling side, Mudasir picked two wickets.

In reply, Bradman started well but couldn’t keep the scoring rate going due to loss of too many wickets. They lastly made 144 runs and were bundled out in 17 overs. Shakir made 32 runs in 16 balls while Nisar scalped three wickets for Zaingeer.

Basit was named player of the match for his 69 runs.
