J&K men and women Canoe Polo teams have cruised their way into final of the 5th National Canoe Polo championship being held at Indore Madhya Pradesh.
In the championship being conducted by Indian Kayaking and Canoeing Association 16 teams from all over India are taking part. J&K team comprises of 16 players that include eight male and eight female.
In the pool, J&K men team played three matches and emerged winner in all of them while as female team won two and lost one.
J&K water ports coach, Bilquis Mir has hailed team for their performance and has hoped that they will continue similar performance in the finals as well.
