Tyndale Biscoe School and Mallinson School emerged winners in the boys and girls section respectively in the Inter-School basketball tournament held at Indoor Stadium here on Thursday.
In the boys section Tyndale Biscoe School defeated Delhi Public School. In girls section Mallinson defeated Delhi Public School.
The Divisional Kashmir Sports Officer, Nuzhat Ara was guest on the occasion and distributed the medals and trophies among the winners and runner up teams.
On the occasion Member Sports Council-Professor Bashir and Rouf Tramboo, President Srinagar District Basketball Association were also present.
Nuzhat Ara appreciated and encouraged the efforts of the basketball coach, Mursaleen for his hardwork , dedication for the basketball game.
The tournament was organized by District Srinagar Basketball Association and was sponsored by Jammu and Kashmir State Sports Council.
