Atul Pangotra (NIS) International Referee/Coach/Player and presently deputed at J&K State Sports Council as a Taekwondo Coach has got selected by School Games Federation of India for the World Combative Sports “Taekwondo Event” scheduled to be held in Agra . The event is organized by International School Federation and Atul has been selected as Indian Team Coach for the coaching camp and also for the World School Games “Taekwondo Event” as a competition director.
Atul Pangotra is the only person from J&K State got this opportunity to take part in this mega event.
9 teams have confirmed their participation which includes China, Russia , France , Brazil , Algeria , Georgia , Hungry , UAE and India. World Combative Sports School games include only 4 Events viz Boxing, wrestling, Judo and Taekwondo
Atul Pangotra is the International Referee of World Taekwondo Federation and Asian Taekwondo Union and also nominated as an Expert Committee member of Asian Taekwondo Union last year and presently Referee Chairman of Taekwondo Federation of India. Atul is State Awardee and Sher I Kashmir Awardee and as a player he won many medals for state as well as for country and as a Coach he also brought laurel for state and country .
