In the ongoing Prof Yousuf Memorial Inter-College cricket cup Amar Singh College defeated Post Graduate department by 59 runs to enter the semifinal of the event.
In the third quarter final of the event AS College won the toss, decided to bat first and scored 172 runs in 29.4 overs for the loss of all wickets. Rahul Raees scored 87 and Asif Ramzan 24 for them. For PG team Shinain and Mehraj took three wickets each.
Chasing a target of 173 runs PG were bundled out for 113 runs. For PG team Irfan scored 31 and Liyaqat scored 23. For AS College Adil Bashir took four wickets and Aijaz Dar took three wickets.
