Akbar Khan of Noora Hospital finished first by clocking speed of 59.1km/hr at finish line and was closely followed by Adil Taili of ARCO cements who clicked speed of 58.3 km/h at finish line.Waheed Ahmad of Celestial Buds finished third.
The event was flagged off from Dalgate and it was closely constested race with almost all the top level riders of Kashmir taking part in it.
Adil, Akbar, Waheed, Mansoor, Momis and Saqib formed the bunch to lead the race from the start.
Race passed via Nehru park SKICC, Nishat, Duck Park, Habbak Naseem Bagh and finished at Rumi gate of Kashmir University.
At presentation ceremony Akber said local events are very important for us as these play an important role in preparing us for National level cyclothons .
