Srinagar: Apart from playing match winning knocks in semifinal and final, Dadoo Rangers opener Adil Guldon emerged out as best batter of the Bijbehara Premier League 2023.
In the final played on Sunday at Higher Secondary Ground Bijbehara, Anantnag, Dadoo Rangers beat Bijbehara Sports Club by 51 runs to emerge as champion.
Adil Guldon was highest scorer of match, scoring 59 from 41 balls. He had also scored fifty in the semifinal win.
Overall Adil Guldon scored 255 runs in the six innings of the league. His highest score was 65 while as average 42. He had strike rate of 149 and scored four fifties.
For that he was adjudged as best batter of tournament and bagged prize of Rupees 10 thousand.
Khalid Bhat of Elegant Strikers emerged out as second best scorer of league. He finished with 214 runs He had highest score of 59 notout, Average 53 and strike rate, 155. He scored 5 fifties.
