Jammu, October 28: Dikshant Kundal Thursday fired an unbeaten 174 runs to lead Team ‘A’ to a thumping win against Team ‘C’ in the U-25 trial match at GGM Science College Ground, here.
Batting first, Team ‘C’ put on a huge total of 312 runs on board, thanks to a swashbuckling hundred by captain Kanhaiya Wadhwan.
The wicket-keeper batter made 113 runs. For Team ‘A’, Rasikh Salam was pick of the bowlers, taking 4 wickets while Saksham also scalped 3.
In reply, Team ‘A’ chased down the total in style. Dikshant Kundal was the willow-weilder, making unbeaten 174 runs. For Team ‘C’, Junaid picked a couple of wickets.
