Srinagar, Sept 28: A well known private football club of Kashmir , Iqbal Sports FC has condoled the demise of well known sports figure of Kashmir , MM Mir who passed away on Tuesday, September 28.
In the statement issued , Chairmain Iqbal Sports FC, Bashir Ahmad Malik has termed passing away of MM Mir as great loss for the game of football in Kashmir .
“He was not only a footballer but also contributed to game and sports through various mediums. He was former Physical Director who served in various Colleges of Kashmir. He was also coach and then used to contribute to game through his articles in various newspapers of Kashmir, ” said Bashir Malik.
“We at Iqbal Sports FC condole his demise and pray for the departed soul. It wouldn’t not be easy to fill the void created by his demise,” Malik added.
