Srinagar: Former West Indies pacer turned commentator Ian Bishop has described India and Pakistan top cricketers in one word.
In a video segment with ESPNCricinfo, Bishop was asked to describe the likes of Babar Azam, MS Dhoni, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Virat Kohli, and Shahid Afridi.
Bishop termed Babar as ‘consistent, Dhoni as ‘intellectual, Shaheen as ‘showman’, Kohli as ‘graceful, and Shahid as ‘superb.’
Meanwhile , Bishop earlier named Babar as his all-time favorite cricketer from Pakistan. When Babar amassed 5000 runs in ODI cricket, Bishop took over his Twitter to congratulate the Pakistan skipper.
“Some of these Babar Azam drives today though. Happy 18th ODI century, & Congrats on becoming the fastest to 5000 ODI runs. That’s not to be taken lightly, given the great names he has surpassed,” Bishop tweeted.
