Srinagar, May 29: Umran Malik breath fire throughout the IPL 2022. The Jammu and Kashmir cricketer ran away with “Fastest Delivery of the Match” award in all the 14 matches he played. He bowled a delivery at 157km/h in one of the matches, which was the fastest of the tournament till the final.
However, on Sunday, Lockie Ferguson made sure to not let Umran stay at the top. The Kiwi quick clocked 157.3km/h against Rajasthan Royals in IPL final to surpass Umran.
He is now at the top of fastest balls bowled in the tournament while Umran stands at second position.
