Srinagar: Pakistan mystery spinner Abrar Ahmed had a dream Test debut as the youngster picked seven wickets against England on the first day of the ongoing second Test in Multan on Friday.
Abrar Ahmed who was talked highly by all before being handed the debut cap lived upto his expectations. His first wicket of the day was terrific delivery to bamboozle England opener Zak Crawly.
However, the highlight of his seven wicket haul was the dismissal of England skipper Ben Stokes, who left stunned with a wonderful googly.
It all happened in the 43rd of England’s innings as Abrar drew Stokes into the forward defense and the ball spun away and beat the outside edge before hitting the top of off-stump.
Ben Stokes was left stunned and his expression have gone viral on Twitter.
Meanwhile Abrar Ahmed returned with the bowling figures of 7/114 as Pakistan bundled out the visitors for 281 in the first innings.
For England, opener Ben Duckett top scored with 63 while Ollie Pope contributed 60.
