Srinagar, October 03: After bowling to MS Dhoni Friday in the IPL, J&K cricketer, Abdul Samad, said it was an amazing feeling for him to share the field with the legend like Dhoni.
Samad, just playing his second IPL game, was asked to bowl the 20th over with Chennai Super Kings needing 28 runs. Legendary Indian cricketer, MS Dhoni was on the crease and he defended it successfully.
Expressing excitement to having been on field with Dhoni playing, Samad took to his Twitter handle and wrote,
“Was an amazing feeling to share the field with the legend of the game#MSD#legend https://t.co/qECNy1UxhE,”
Samad struck a huge six in his debut match and returned unbeaten in the second game as well, however, facing just 6 deliveries.
