The 33 ball fifty scored by Qamran Iqbal went in vain as J&K suffered 133 run defeat against Rajasthan in Vinoo Mankad Trophy Under-19 tournament at Jaipur on October 19.
Batting first, Rajasthan scored 302/6 in 50 overs. SA Ahuja with 92 was highest scorer for them, SV Joshi scored 79* and RM Bishnoi scored 31. For J&K, Taizeem Tak took 3 wickets.
In reply J&K bundled out for 169 runs in 36.2 overs. Qamran Iqbal 54 runs off 38 was highest scorer for J&K while as Jiyaad scored 30. Mujtaba Yusuf scored 27 and Kanhaiya Wadhwan 22. For Rajasthan RA Chowdary took 3 wickets. J&K finished tournament with 3 wins and 4 defeats.
