With a aim to give boost to the budding talent of the local cricketers, Veerian Cricket Academy (VCA) on Friday September 21, organized Exposure Match for the U15 age group Cricketers of Bijbehara Tehsil.
The match played on Tarbal ground Veeri Anantnag. The two teams were named as Veerian Tigers and Veerian Warriors. In the beginning of the match, the toss was won by Veerian Tigers and elected to bat first. Batting first Veerian Tigers set a target of 98 runs before the opponent. While in reply Veerian Warriors chased down the target in just 7 overs, in which Mudasir smashes 50 runs and Sharik Dar smashes 40 runs. Thus Veerian Warriors emerged Victorious team of the Exposure match. The match was held under the supervision of VCA Captain Yasir Mohidin(Armaan Malik). later on VCA Chairperson Dr. Riyaz Veeri, Aadil Rashid (Coach & Selector) and Manzoor Ahmad (Senior Cricketer) joined the show to encourage the Young Cricketers.
