UNBEATEN Dadoo Rangers Crowned Bijbehara Premier League 2023 CHAMPIONS 

Srinagar: The Unbeaten Dadoo Rangers on Sunday handed home side Bijbehara Sports Club shock defeat in the final to emerge champions of the Bijbehara Premier League 2023 at Higher Secondary Ground Bijbehara Anantnag on Sunday.

In the super Sunday clash of biggest professional League of Kashmir, Dadoo Rangers defeated Bijbehara Sports Club by 51 runs.

To watch this match the stadium was at full capacity with fans thronging to the venue from early morning.

Batting first Dadoo Rangers, posted 149 runs on board for the loss of 7 wickets in allotted 20 overs. The hero of the semifinal, opener Adil Guldon once again shined for the Dadoo Rangers scoring 59 from 41 balls. The experienced star cricketer of J&K, Waseem Raza once again contributed valuable runs down the order scoring 32 runs. For Bijbehara Ishfaq Bhat took three wickets while as Parvez Rasool took two.

In reply, Bijbehara Sports Club batting failed completely starting with the failure of Ahmad Banday who got out on naught. The whole Bijbehara Sports Club side got all out for 98 runs. Shivam Gupta with 27 was highest scorer for them. For Dadoo Rangers Ankit Singh took four wicket haul while as Waseem Raza and Gowher Leggy took two each.

Dadoo Rangers emerged winner in the final by 51 runs and were crowned BPL edition 3 champions. The champion side remained Unbeaten in the league having won all its group matches before winning semifinal and final.
