Sultan Warriors Baramulla lift Kashmir Cup Jammu


Srinagar: The popular cricket club of Kashmir, Sultan Warriors Baramulla have emerged as winners of the Kashmir Cup Jammu.

In the final played at Tawa Cricket Ground, Jammu, on Monday, Sultan Warriors Baramulla defeated BCC Chanderkote by 45 runs to emerg as champions.

Batting first Sultan Warriors Baramulla scored 190 runs in alotted overs. Tajamul with brilliant knock of 72 runs was highest scorer for them.
In reply, BCC Chanderkote could manage to score only 145 runs.

Tajamul was declared the player of the match for his outstanding batting display, , while Imtiyaz lefty for his brilliant allround show throughout the tournament was declared player of the tournament.
