Budgam:SSP Budgam Tahir Saleem Khan accorded a warm reception to Ansa Hassan Chishti and Ayeera Hassan Chishti at Srinagar Airport on Thursday.
The duo today returned from Georgia after competing in an International Wushu Championship.
The championship was held between Aug 02 to 07, at Batumi city of Georgia. While Ayeera won gold, Ansa finished with Silver in 56KG weight category. Bouquets were presented by SSP Budgam to both on their arrival.
SSP Budgam while interacting with them said the by bagging medals on an international platform, they have made people of the country & Jammu and Kashmir proud.
He further added that the duo is role model for many young budding talented youth of J&K and wished them good luck for all their future endeavours.
Ayeera and Ansa hail from Srinagar and have brought laurels to J&K in past as well by winning different tournaments.
