Spring Buds Education Institute Ompora on Friday celebrated its 25th Annual Day cum award function and Budgam’s known sports promoter, Gulzar Khan was felicitated at the event.
Gulzar is known for his work in the sports field. He organises multiple events across Budgam and other places of Valley and is also the Secretary of Sheikh-ul-Alam Sports Development Association, Budgam.
Gulzar is himself a former athlete as well. He was given the award for his tireless efforts in promoting sports.
