Sopore: The Sports Association Tarzoo has formed its executive committee body for the session 2024.
The executive body was formed in the presence of noted persons including Rtd. CJM Abdul Rashid Bhat, Rtd. Chief Education Officer Abdul Rouf Shah, Chairman Centeral Auqaf Tarzoo Mohd Yousuf Bhat, Senior Citizen (Khioe) Ajaz Ahmdar Dar, President Traders Federation Tarzoo Riyaz Ahmad Mir, President Youth Forum Tarzoo Mr. ishfaq Ahmad Dar and others.
In the meeting various points were discussed and finally executive body of Sports Association Tarzoo was formed.
Mohammad Shafi Bhat was elected as Patron while as Irshad Ahmad Rather Chairman. Gulzar Ahmad was elected as Organising committee head and Media incharge, Dilbar Bashir as General Secretary.
Mohd Amin Bhat was elected as Treasurer.
“Sports Association Tarzoo was directed to work with zeal and dedication to include and inspire the youth of whole kashmir. Ishfaq Ahmad Dar and Sofi Umer will keep deep eye on new talent and choose a talented cricket team from Tarzoo area. Executive body was urged to be prepared for WPL 6th edition which shall be started from 15 April 2024,” statement said.
