SP Model Higher Secondary School organized its annual road race from SP School to Botanical Garden here on Thursday.
In the run, around 200 students of the institute participated. The concluding ceremony was held at SP School in which Joint Director School Education Kashmir (Central) Abid Hussain was chief guest while as Principal SP Model Higher Secondary School Reyaz Ahmad Sidiqui was also present.
Waqar Ahmad finished first in the race while as second place went to Mohammad Abrar. Mohammad Umer finished third. On the occasion institute also felicitated its student, Qamran Iqbal for getting selected into India B Under-19 cricket team.
The students got inspired by the achievement of Qamran Iqbal and also by the encouraging words of Joint Director Abid Hussain and the Principal Reyaz Ahmad Sidiqui.
