Srinagar: Making J&K and Country proud, a Kashmir skier Syed Ishfaq Hussain has bagged two medals for India in Lebanon.
Syed Ishfaq Hussain a Cross Country Skier represented India in the International SKI FIS race at Cedar Ski Resort Lebanon in two events.
He bagged bronze medal in both the events. It is remarkable achievement from a Kashmir skier to win medal in the FIS acreditted event.
Syed Ishfaq has previously represented India in Iran and has been doing well at National circuit over the years. He is reckoned highly and with the proper support and backing has all the potential to represent India at Olympics.
