Senior Women T20s: J&K crushes Bihar by 95 runs, posts first win in five matches

J&K on Tuesday crushed Bihar by 95 runs, posting their first win in five matches in the ongoing Senior Women T20 Trophy.

Earlier, batting first, J&K posted a formidable total of 141 runs on board. Opener Shivanti Gupta was the main contributor, making 56 off 49 balls. Anju Tomar, the guest player who had a terrible strike rate in last two matches, also scored 59 off 62 balls.

To give innings the finishing touch, Rubia Syed struck 18 off 7 balls.

In reply, Bihar never looked into the game. They were troubled by every J&K bowler, ending up making platry 46/8 in the allotted 20 overs, awarding J&K 95-run win.

Bismah Hassan and Nadia Choudhary were pick of the bowlers for J&K, scalping two wickets each.

In the five matches played so far, J&K lost three, won one and one was washed out.
