Srinagar: Batting legend Sachin Tendulkar has backed Pakistan as one of his four choices who can make it to semifinal of the T20 World Cup 2022.
Tendulkar picked his four choices for the semifinal and it included India and Pakistan as well.
Before the start of the 2nd round of T20 World Cup 2022, the cricket experts are sharing their predictions and picking their favourites for the tournament.
Sachin Tendulkar has become the latest cricketer to share his take on the favourites.
Speaking to The Telegraph, the Master Blaster named 4 teams which he thinks would make it to the semi-final. As per the ICC Hall of Famer, India, Pakistan, Australia and England will make it to the top 4.

“I would obviously want India to be the champions but my top four would be India, Pakistan, Australia and England. New Zealand are the dark horse as are South Africa… These are the conditions South Africans get to encounter at home in September-October. They are used to such conditions,” Tendulkar told The Telegraph.
India haven’t entered the tournament as favourites as they are without the services of Ravindra Jadeja and Jasprit Bumrah. The Rohit Sharma-led side will back itself to get the job in the absence of 2 key players.
India and Pakistan will open their campaign in a much-awaited fixture at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on October 23.
