The grand spectacle was graced by Hilal Ahmad (Manager Indoor Stadium) as the Chief Guest, with the esteemed presence of Mohammad Iqbal, Irfan Aziz Botta, Fasil Ali Dar (President J&K Rugby), and Mohammad Safi Dar (Secretary General J&K Rugby) as Guests of Honour.
