Srinagar, September 19: Rasikh Salam on Sunday returned to action after the two-year ban as he appeared in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy trials which are going on at SK Stadium, Srinagar.
Rasikh, following an impressive start to his career, was banned for two years after found guilty of age-fudging.
However, he kept training and was part of Mumbai Indians net-bowling contingent for IPL 2020 and 2021 as well.
His ban expired in June earlier this year, allowing him to participate in the JKCA-held trials.
The right-arm pacer in 2019 became just the second Kashmiri cricketer to play in the IPL for Mumbai Indians.
