Debutant aquib nabi took 5 wicket haul in a jharkand were bundled put for 155 in second innings to hand j&k an inning and 26 runs win.
Resuming on overnight score of 103 runs for loss of 4 wickets on last day of match, Jharkand couldn’t resist much as they were bundled out for 155.
Earlier j&k in its first innings on back of stunning 128 run knock by latest IPL entrant Abdul samad posted 441 runs on the board in reply to Jharkhand first innings score of 259.Abdul samad smashed the 128 runs from mere 78 balls in which he hited 11 sixes and 10 fours. Abid mushtaq remained not out on 50 while suryansh Raina scored 78.J&K took ist inning lead of 182 runs as Jharkand scored only 259 in their first innings. Saurabh Tiwari was their highest scorer while abid mushtaq took a 5 wicket haul for j& k. j&k bagged 7 points from the match including bonus point. J&k have now won 3 out of 4 while fourth match against Assam was drawn because of bad weather. The winning run on j&k side is more important owing to the fact they are without their star skipper Pervez rasool who is nursing a knee injury.
