Confirmed: J&K to face Karnataka in Ranji Trophy quarter-final on Feb 20

Srinagar, February 14: Jammu and Kashmir will face star-studded Karnataka in the quarter-finals of Ranji Trophy on February 20.

The northern state qualified for the top-eight with both their competitors, Services and Odhisa securing draw in their respective matches. Odhisa also qualified for the knockouts from Group C.

Although the venue for the knockouts is yet to be confirmed, J&K’s encounter against Karnataka is most likely to be played in Jammu.

Nonetheless, it would be quite a challenge for J&K, who will be appearing in quarters of Ranji Trophy for the third time ever, as Karnataka is a host to many Indian and IPL stars.

Moreover, the duo of Kl Rahul and Manish Pandey might also be featuring for them in this match, making the task even tougher for Parvez and Co.

However, the way J&K players have been playing this year, the match might turn out to be an interesting one.
