Srinagar: In a bizarre statement during commentary in the ongoing Lanka Premier League, Ramiz Raja has said that he wants to marry Babar Azam.
On Monday, Babar Azam scored century as Colombo Strikers beat Galle Titans.
Former cricketer Raja who was doing commentary made heartfelt praises onto Babar while he was midway through his innings, expressing his admiration for the right-handed batsman and humorously wanting to marry him.
“Fifty in security, class, and quality, calmness. He is your guy in such a situation, in the back deep in the innings. I just absolutely love him – wanna marry him,” Ramiz said while commentating during the match.
Ramiz has been supportive of Babar and supported him during his tenure as Pakistan’s Cricket Board’s chairman.
