Srinagar, Oct 5: In the ongoing Noor Din Memorial Cup Palhallan. Elite CC Pernia defeated Pattan XI by 27 runs on Monday.
Batting first Elite CC Pernia scored total of 148/8 runs in alloted 20 overs.
Gowhar with 26 runs , Tariq with 26 and Imtiyaz with 17 runs were highest scorers for them while as Khursheed took 3 wickets for Pattan side. Momin and Niyaz took 2 wickets.
In reply Pattan XI failed to chase the target of 148. They got all out for 121 run score. Afaq with 33 runs was highest scorer for them while as Ayaz scored 26. Zahoor took 4 wickets for Elite CC while as Rayees took 2 wickets. Tariq, Javaid and Khursheed took 1 each.
Zahoor was adjudged as man of the match for his magical spell 1.1 overs conceding only 2 runs and taking 4 wickets.
