Srinagar, Oct 3: In the ongoing Noor Din Memorial T20 Cup Palhallan, Blue Rebels Palhallan defeated Panthers Tangmarg by 4 wickets on Saturday.
Earlier Panthers Tangmarg won the toss and elected to bat first. They went on to post 148/6 alloted 20 overs. Ishtiyaq scored 40 runs while as Mohram conntributed 37 runs. Zubair also added 24.
Munair, Aqib, Jangir, Zahid Aasif took one wicket each for Blue Rebels Palhallan.
In reply Blues Rebels Palhallan lost top 5 batsman cheaply within first 7 overs. It was Riyaz who smashed unbeaten 57 runs to take his team to victory in 18.3 overs. Aqib scored 17 while as Ishfaq added 18 for the team.
Riyaz Maddy was adjuged man of the match for his match winning knock of 57 runs.
