His hunger for scoring runs is not receding and he has come to this World Cup to prove a point. Continuing his superb form in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019,Babar Azam during his current knock has surpassed legendary Pakistan batsman.

Babar Azam has now scored more runs at Cricket World Cup than any other Pakistani at a single World Cup . He’s overtaken legendary Javed Miandad, who had scored 437 runs at the 1992 World Cup.

Babar Azam 22 against  WI , 63 against England ,30 against Australia, 48 against India, 69 against South Africa , 101* against New Zealand , 45 against Afghanistan  and is currently batting on 52* against Bangladesh.
