MS Dhoni will feature for Jharkhand in the knockout stages of the Vijay Hazare Trophy, BCCI’s chairman of selectors MSK Prasad informed on Thursday.
Jharkhand has already qualified for the quarterfinals from Elite Group C alongside Haryana.
The former India captain last featured in the 2017 edition of the tournament where Jharkhand lost to Bengal.
The knockout matches are scheduled to be held at Bengaluru starting from October 14. India batsman Rohit Sharma, who isn’t part of the Test side, will also be available for selection for Mumbai.
