Srinagar: Verteran former Pakistan cricketer Mohammad Yousuf Saturday praised Babar Azam, saying he is the finest Pakistan batsman he has seen post his retirement.
Babar, who is ranked in top 5 batsman in all the three formats, is the backbone of Pakistan. He often scores big irrespective of the conditions and format.
“Babar is a class apart from the others right now. That is why he is in the ICC’s top five rankings in all three formats. Personally, I have not seen a finer batsman in Pakistan than Babar since I last played for the national team,” Yousuf said on GTV News Channel.
