Mohammed Salah writes new chapter in Liverpool history

Srinagar: The Egyptian talisman Mohammed Salah or Mo Salah has written a new chapter in his journey with Liverpool FC during Liverpool’s 2-1 win vs Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park Stadium.

The 76th-minute strike from Salah helped The Reds get back in the game.

Salah scored his 200th goal and etched his name in The Reds’ history books forever as he became just the fifth player in Liverpool’s history to reach that hallmark.

The 31-year-old reached his feat in his 326th game with the Merseyside club.

This was also Salah’s 150th Premier League which moved him into the league’s top 10 scorers alongside all-time greats like Alan Shearer, Harry Kane, Wayne Rooney, and others.

Salah has already become a club legend in just six years with the club as he formed one of the best attacking trios of all time with Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane — both are playing in the Saudi Pro League now — and helped the Reds win their first PL title since 1990 and UEFA Champions League since 2005.
