Mohammad Rizwan breaks Babar Azam, Virat Kohli’s T20I cricket record

Srinagar: As was expected Pakistan wicketkeeper batter Mohammad Rizwan has smashed the T20I record of Virat Kohli and Babar Azam during ongoing second T20I vs New Zealand.

Rizwan has become fastest batter in the Worls to score 3000 runs in T20 Internationals.

In his 79th T20I inning, Rizwan became the fastest batter to amass 3000 T20I runs, surpassing the previous joint record held by Virat Kohli and Babar Azam, both of whom reached the milestone in 81 innings.

Achieving this feat has also made Rizwan the second Pakistani, after Babar, to reach 3,000 runs in T20I cricket.

The match is going on witj Pakistan chasing 91 runs target.
