Srinagar: Former Delhi Cricketer and J&K Cricket Sub Comitteee Member Mithun Manhas has been confirmed as the new President of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in the 94th Annual General Meeting of the BCCI held on September 28, 2025, in Mumbai.
As per BCCI statement the key decisions made are as under:
The following members were elected as the new Office Bearers of the BCCI:
President: Mithun Manhas
Vice President: Rajeev Shukla
Secretary: Devajit Saikia
Joint Secretary: Prabhtej Bhatia
Treasurer: A. Raghuram Bhat
One representative of the General Body was elected in the Apex Council of the BCCI:
Jaydev Shah
Two representatives in the Indian Premier League Governing Council were elected:
Arun Singh Dhumal; and
M Khairul Jamal Majumdar.
The audited accounts for FY 2024-25 were passed and adopted by the General Body.
The Annual Budget of FY 2025-26 was approved by the General Body.
Men’s Selection Committee was announced. The Selection Committee will have the following members:
Ajit Agarkar (Chairperson);
Shiv Sundar Das;
Ajay Ratra;
R. P. Singh; and
Pragyan Ojha.
R.P. Singh and Pragyan Ojha have been newly inducted in the men’s selection committee.
Women’s Selection Committee was announced. The Women’s Selection Committee will have the following members:
Amita Sharma (Chairperson);
Shyama Dey;
Sulakshana Naik;
Jaya Sharma; and
Sravanthi Naidu.
Amita Sharma, Sulakshana Naik, Jaya Sharma and Sravanthi Naidu have been newly inducted in the Women’s Selection Committee.
Junior Cricket Committee was announced. The Junior Cricket Committee will have the following members:

Ranadeb Bose

The WPL committee will have the following members:
